Booking an event ticket
- Tap Events in the menu, or Bath events / Norton events.
- Pick your event, then choose a date in the calendar. Dates in bold have places left.
- Press Reserve and check out. Ticket-only orders never pay postage.
- You'll get a confirmation email. Just give your name when you arrive and we'll check you in.
Book with the same email address every time, so your stamps add up.
Stamps and Tier 1
- Every time you're checked in at a weekly event you booked online, you get a stamp towards Tier 1.
- 3 weekly event stamps in 12 weeks makes you Tier 1.
- 3 weekly event stamps for the same game makes you Tier 1 for that game too.
- Tier 1 players get early access to pre-orders. Log in and they appear in the shop. Nobody else can see or buy them.
Prereleases and release events don't count towards Tier 1. A few special events, such as some store tournaments that replace a weekly event, do count. Every special event still earns a stamp on your Tournaments card, and every 10th entry gets you a free booster.

Your account
- Tap the person icon at the top of the page and sign in with your email address.
- Use the same email you give us in the shop, so your stamps and Tier 1 match up.
- Your orders and tickets are all in one place.
Ordering online
- Free UK delivery on orders over £50, and event tickets count towards it.
- Choose collection in store at checkout where it's offered.
- Some hot releases are kept for in-store and Tier 1 players, to stop bots and scalpers.
- Norton TCG singles are still at singles.nortontcg.co.uk.
Gift cards
- Gift cards bought in our shops can be used on the website too.
- At checkout, type your gift card number into the Discount code or gift card box and press Apply.
- Any balance left stays on the card for next time.
- Gift cards can't be used for event tickets. If your basket has a ticket in it, the gift card option won't show at checkout, so buy your ticket in a separate order from anything you want to pay for with a gift card.
