Guide to our new website

tcggroup.co.uk is the new online home of Bath TCG and Norton TCG. Shop both stores, book your place at events, and earn Tier 1 early access just by playing. Play. Trade. Connect.

⚠️ Use the same email address you use in the shop. Your stamps, Tier progress and history are all matched by email. If you sign up online or set up your stamp card with a different email, your progress won't carry across and you'll be starting from scratch. Not sure which email we have? Ask us at the counter before you sign up.

1. Make your account

  1. Tap the person icon at the top of any page.
  2. Enter your email address. We send you a one-time code, so there's no password to remember.
  3. Use the same email you give us in the shop. That's how your stamps, Tier 1 and orders all match up.

2. Shopping online

  • Sealed products, singles, accessories, board games, hobby supplies and more from both stores.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £50, and event tickets count towards it.
  • Choose collection in store at checkout where it's offered.
  • Gift cards bought in our shops work online. Type the card number into the Discount code or gift card box at checkout and press Apply.
  • Norton TCG singles are still at singles.nortontcg.co.uk.
  • Some hot releases are kept for in-store and Tier 1 players, to stop bots and scalpers.

3. Booking an event

  1. Tap Events in the menu, or choose Bath events or Norton events.
  2. Pick your event, then choose a date. Dates in bold still have places.
  3. Press Reserve and check out. Ticket-only orders never pay postage.
  4. You'll get a confirmation email. Just give your name when you arrive and we'll check you in.

Bringing friends? Buy a ticket for each of them. Every ticket is checked in on its own, so each friend can collect a stamp on their own card.

4. Your loyalty stamp card

Open stamps.tcggroup.co.uk on your phone and create your card with the same email as your website account. Your card shows a QR code that staff scan when you play.

  • Casual Events card: a stamp every time you're checked in at a weekly event.
  • Tournaments card: a stamp for prereleases, tournaments and other special events. Every 10th entry gets you a free booster.
  • Already have a card? Tap I already have a card and enter your card code (shown on My rewards) or your email.
  • Tip: add it to your home screen or wallet so it's always to hand.

5. Tier 1

  • Get checked in at 3 weekly events in 12 weeks and you're Tier 1.
  • Play 3 weeklies of the same game and you're Tier 1 for that game too.
  • A few special events, such as a store tournament that replaces a weekly, also count. Prereleases and release events don't.
  • What you get: early access to pre-orders. Sign in and Tier 1 items appear in the shop. Nobody else can see or buy them.
  • Paying at the till for a weekly event? Ask staff to stamp your card.

6. Tier 2

Tier 2 is still earned in store only. Tier 2 eligibility is based on what you do in our shops. Online purchases don't count towards Tier 2.

7. Checking your Tier

Sign in and open My rewards. It shows whether you're Tier 1, which games it covers, your stamp card code and a button to open your card. A new Tier can take up to a day to show.
